I will try to finish your order as quickly as possible, but still be patient, please. The estimated time of waiting (for a single illustration) is about 10-30 working days from the moment I start working on your illustration. If you have ordered more than one illustration or there are other orders ahead of yours, the waiting time will be longer. You can keep an eye on my to-do list whenever you want to see what state your order is in.

Once the illustration is finished, I can make slight changes in the colors and / or add small details that I have forgotten.I will make a maximum of 2 important changes (such as changing costumes, background, or anything else that makes me redraw part of the image) at no additional cost. From the second I can refuse to continue making changes or charge an extra fee for each change.If the reference you showed me was not clear, you may also be charged a fee for small changes. If you are a very picky person with the designs of your characters, make sure everything is well explained and detailed in the reference.

I can reimburse 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once the sketch begins, I will reimburse only 50% of the payment. If I arrive at the process of painting the base colors there will be no right to any kind of refund.You have no right to cancel or request a refund once I have already received the payment without a substantive reason (such as serious financial problems).If you make a request to return the payment through Paypal when the commission is finished or without notifying me, you will lose all rights to any image or service I have done for you, in addition to granting me the right to sell those images to other clients. .You will be blocked thus losing any opportunity to buy my art again (commissions, adoptables ...)And your name and information will be added to a public list for others to know your actions.
